Objectives
The objective for this client was to increase traffic and brand recognition, which will ultimately lead to more local searches and calls. To improve that traffic, our tasks were increasing keyword rankings for core terms related to agent and broker queries, and creating content related to commercial real estate and property management tor further capture visibility for related terms and queries. We also needed to increase the Authority of the site by doing link outreach for keywords that were relevant to them.

- The strategy throughout the last two years has been to focus on relevant blog content and create more individual agent pages and main service pages.
- This boost in content and authority set them up for great success with calls, directions clicks, and general relevance in the Denver city area as we went through COVID and the real-estate industry started booming.
- From an Authority perspective, we built out links that would tie back to relevant blog and service pages in the commercial real estate and property management industry, as well as added localized geos to them to drive more local relevance.
- If we had no link strategy, we would not see as much pop in authority for their Local Pages on the site. By building these links to the content pages we created, we have seem better keywords ranking for commercial and property-related keywords and queries.
